Description
The Cirò Rosso Superiore is born from the Gaglioppo collection that starts around the end of September. The typical strength of Calabria is reflected in its structure which is however mitigated by its flavor.
First cuts of meat and red-grilled meat are combinations that exalt their body and elegance.
Rosso rubino.
Aromi di lamponi, fragole e petali di rosa.
Avvolgente con tannini maturi e persistenti, sapido e con un piacevole finale che ricorda le nocciole tostate.

We are in Calabria, in the historical area of Cirò, where the vine has been cultivated for over 2500 years. Eight hectares, four organic vineyards overlooking the banks of the Ionian Sea, between the sea and the mountains of Sila. Copper and sulphur used sparingly. Oils and reduced soil tillage to preserve fertility and promote soil biodiversity. We cultivate the native Calabrian vines, the best interpreters of our terroir: Gaglioppo, Magliocco, Greco nero and bianco.
