Located in the heart of Valpollicella Classica, on the hills of Valgatara. Agricola Cottini is a family-run winery with a long and deep-rooted history that has made tradition a value. Sergio and his sons Giorgio, Laura, Michele and Bruno have always been wine growers and carry on their trade with passion and experience. Personally involved in the various stages of cultivation and processing of the grapes, the family remains faithful to an artisanal way of working, both in the vineyards and in the cellar. The careful and rigorous selection of the bunches of grapes is still carried out by hand and the drying of the grapes is carried out mainly on traditional bamboo racks that are ventilated naturally.
