Details of wine
1992 is the year in which Alain Reaut begins the conversion of his vineyards to biodynamic agriculture after comparing the juice of grapes born from traditional agriculture, which appear dirty brown to those born from biodynamic agriculture, which are instead light pink, structured and with fruity aromas. In 2009 he received the Ecocert and Demeter certifications with which he managed to guarantee a Champagne that managed to preserve the originality of the vineyard.
Made from only Pinot Noir grapes from vineyards over 30 years old and after a partial aging in large barrels (26% of the total). Inviting and intense nose with aromas of ripe fruit and sugar loaf. On the palate it is delicate with the presence of the acedulous characteristics of Pinot Nior. Ideal with fish and shellfish based dishes.

Alain Reaut, son of winemakers, resumed in 1978, at the age of twenty, the family business based in the small village of Courteron, on the border with Bourgogne, together with his wife Thérèse Noirot. The common passion for the vineyard leads them to cultivate about 11 hectares of vineyards, splendidly exposed to the sun and planted mainly pinot noir (85%). In 1992 Alain began the conversion to biodynamic agriculture after comparing the juice of grapes born from traditional agriculture, which appear brown to those born of biodynamic agriculture, which are instead light pink, structured and with fruity aromas. Three years later, the first certified Champagne bottles "born from grapes grown in biodynamic agriculture" arrive. Combining the savoir-faire of the past and the technological modernity, the Reaut maison manages to obtain high quality products. Certified ECOCERT and DEMETER, in 2009 Alain Reaut decides to join the "FNIVAB" (National Inter-professional Federation of Organic Wines) with the aim of ensuring a Champagne free of superficial enological concoctions and thus preserving the authenticity of the vineyard in the flûte. Today the fashion house Alain Reaut continues to cultivate each vineyard map with respect and attention and to develop a Champagne that reflects the territory.
