The intent of the Domaine Albert Mann is to produce a wine in harmony with the land. Wine is the memory of grapes, it is able to convey the taste of the land. In 1997 the company began practicing cultivation following biodynamic principles and in 2000 it received organic certification from Ecocert.
The wines produced come from traditional Alsatian vines and from different types of soil such as sandy, gravelly, silty and clayey. They are very fruity, aromatic and can be drunk within 5 years.
Among these, the Gewurztraminer 2018 shows a light light yellow color with some golden reflections. The bouquet is powerful and complex. The scents are a mix of exotic fruits, flowers and spices. The taste is enveloping and delicate with a persistent finish. Excellent with exotic and spicy cuisine.
