Rubino cupo e impenetrabile con l'unghia solcata da lampi violacei.

Smell

Naso ricco ed elegante, dove si alternano note di mora, amarena, ribes, cacao, grafite, humus, caffè tostato, rabarbaro, cuoio, pepe nero e chiodi di garofano, che formano un bouquet intrigante ed avvincente.

Taste

Potente, vellutato e sicuro di sé, è un vino profondamente mediterraneo e territoriale, che seduce per la sua personalità impareggiabile, fondendo mirabilmente una struttura importante ed articolata con l'irruenza dei vivaci ed equilibrati tannini.

Pairings

Notevole con un gustoso "falsomagro" alla siciliana salsato o con un brasato di maiale nero.
