description
"Al Passo del Leone Bianco" is a bland by Muller Thurgau and Pinot Grigio where these grapes blend together to give an honest and respectful product of this mountain territory. It is also the first product with which the company has implemented all biodynamic practices.
It is a white wine from Alto Adige produced on gravelly and limestone-rich soils, fermentation takes place in steel only from indigenous yeasts, then rests for four months on the fine lees, always in steel.
Visually it is a pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. The olfactory bouquet is aromatic, with hints of elder flowers opening, fruity notes to follow and a mineral finish. The taste is well structured, pleasantly sapid, fresh and of good persistence.
Excellent in combination with fish dishes.
Limpido, giallo chiaro con riflessi verdognoli.
Aromi discreti, bouquet accentuato, fruttato (sambuco), note speziate.
Leggermente strutturato, minerale, succoso, gradevolmente fresco.
Con antipasti, pesce, crostacei (meglio se alla griglia o arrostiti), carne di maiale e vitello, pollame.
