This Moscato Giallo is produced with grapes belonging to the Vogelmaier farm located in a small valley near Lake Caldaro. The cool breeze that stands out in the evening hours gives this wine great freshness and charm. Very elegant and fascinating dry white wine, with great aromaticity, aged in steel only. The nose is very intense and smells of pleasant fruity, floral and nutmeg scents. The taste is enveloping and fresh, with a lovely mineral note.
It can be safely said that this wine fully expresses the perfect combination of terroir-vine thanks to the rigorous approach adopted in order to obtain the highest quality.
In the vineyard the principles of organic and biodynamic farming are followed, to preserve environmental biodiversity and create a harmonious relationship with the surrounding nature. Attentive attention to work in the vineyard is followed by careful work in the cellar, where we try to encourage the natural process of transformation of must into wine, intervening as little as possible. Before bottling it makes a long stop of 6 months in steel tanks in contact with its own fine lees.
In the glass it has a clear light yellow with greenish reflections. The nose is typically aromatic, floral and with hints of nutmeg and ripe fruit.
Balanced, and immediately after the entry, the veiled sweet turns into a dry and fresh aftertaste.
Valid companion for fish-based lunches.
