We are talking about biodynamic agriculture where everything is made in full respect of natural cycles, where every action accompanies the life of the plant without changing its characteristics.
On the other hand we are in Trentino where nature is the main element of this land, where mountains and greenery come together giving a climate and a territory unique in the world.
Here Pinot Noir manages to give its maximum expressions, this one by Alois Lageder is worked in steel and macerated on fine skins.
