The Sauvignon Blanc grape has ancient origins and its entry into the Trentino Alto Adige dates back to the late nineteenth century mainly in the area of Terlano on sandy soils of volcanic origin.
Lageder discovered, however, that this grape gave rich, intensely and elegant expressions when bred on calcareous soils. And so he continued the project of a stylistic wine cultivated between the towns of Magrè, Terlano, Cortaccia and Termeno.
Together with the natural and respectful style of the practical cellar the result obtained is unmistakable.
It is bright, clear, with a pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose approaches with extreme elegance and refinement accompanying a series of fresh aromas, mineral, fruity and floral hints. Medium-bodied, it is a very harmonious and balanced wine.
Excellent with asparagus and grilled fish.
