The Antica Cascina dei Conti di Roero was born in the 50s and today Daniela and Luigi carry on the family tradition that has always given a production characterized by the uniqueness of its wines.
We are in the Langhe-Roero and Monferrato which, since 2014, have become a UNESCO World Heritage Site for the beauty of the landscapes and for man's attention in using cultivation techniques that preserve the integrity of the territory.
All processes are carried out in full respect of biodiversity and in line with this principle in 2016, the winery receives the "Green experience" certification from Coldiretti di Cuneo, promoting sustainable viticulture with the reverse and autumn sowing of flowers and legumes.
Vigna Sant'Anna Riserva 2016 is the traditional wine that comes from 100% Nebbiolo obtained from rows planted more than 50 years ago by Daniela's grandfather, it is the red that most of all hands down the passion for this land.
Its production follows traditional methods with all the processes that take place by hand and a very low yield of the grapes with consequent production of bottles limited to 4000 per year.
Vinified without added yeasts, it does not undergo filtration and refines in large barrels for 24 months.
An excellent wine to taste with friends while listening to a jazz vinyl.
