Details of wine
The Champagne Brut Reserve "4 Cepages" Barbichon comes from a blend of 4 different varieties Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier with biodynamic production techniques that are the basis of the production of the Barbichon brothers.
After a first fermentation on the grapes, one follows directly in the bottle according to the Champenoise method at the end of which it remains to mature on the lees for 40 months.
The color is typical straw yellow with fresh fruity and citrus notes. The perlage is fine and persistent, while the mouth is full-bodied and enveloping.
It goes well with shellfish and fish dishes. A must-try Champagne.
