A small Vigneron who runs the family business on the slopes of the Reims mountain.
The cultivation of vineyards in Meunier through the use of organic fertilizers allows you to make Champagne with important characteristics that identify with the characteristics of the territory.

The Extra Brut Champagne produced by Benoit Dinvaut is the fruit of 2012 harvests and is obtained through a fermentation with natural yeasts and a second fermentation that takes place on its own yeasts for no less than 5 years.

The resulting wine is a Champagne with a great balance with a well-marked acidity.
