Berti Sangiovese Bartimeo 2017
The wine is produced from Sangiovese grapes of young vineyards (from 10 to 15years old) : grapes are harvested by hand during the second half of September. The Grapes undergo the traditional destemming and pressing process then the alcoholic fermentation in stainless-steel tanks with at about 28 degrees temperature for one week. The malolactic fermentation is always made in steel tanks where the wine is put by a decanting process and it stays there for improvement during a period of 5 months. The wine is bottled in April.
