description
Since the first vintage of 1998 the objective of the Alta Vista winery has been to produce original wines by blending the warmth of the Argentine land with the elegance of the French one.
A combination that is developed not far from Mendoza in the heart of Argentina, distributing the vineyards in five different farms.
The cellar has always stood out for the care with which each single vineyard works, the quality of the wine starts right here where the plants grow and where the choices of the territory and the processing techniques will be fundamental for a quality yield of the grapes.
Alta Vista Cabernet Sauvignon is produced with grapes that grow in the Mendoza region, where they find the ideal conditions to express all their qualities.
The vines are grown with methods that provide a low environmental impact and a total safeguard of the surrounding ecosystem.
The resulting wine is very balanced, to drink just bought but also to rest in the cellar for qulache year.
A red with an Argentine temperament.
Color rosso porpora con riflessi violetti.
Profumo di frutta matura con note di peperone e di tostatura.
Sapore equilibrato, carico e con una persistenza pregevole.
Ideale con primi piatti piccanti, carni alla griglia e formaggi stagionati.
