Brochet Champagne Brut
The Brut 1er Cru, heir to the Brut Extra-BROCHET Hervieux, is the result of a mixing tested by time, which reflects the set of grape varieties in our vineyard, with a strong predominance of Pinot Noir. 50% of reserve wines ensures the identity constant where the expert himself, year after year, his favorite flavors. Hailing from our vineyard, our collection is crushed and then transformed into our winery (chai), according to the most authentic tradition of Champagne. As it has been for many generations, we strive to intervene as little as possible about our wines, assured of the quality of our grapes and strong rigor and experience of our two winemakers. Our cuvees are then bottled in April, after six months of stabilization and improvement of the natural wine, and aging in the cellar until their period of optimal tasting.
