The lower Casertano area is the birthplace of this young company I Cacciagalli, in which Diana Iannaccone and Mario Basco decide to tell their region through the production of wines with a strong personality and elegance.
The cellar extends over an area of ??volcanic origin, rich in minerals and on which the young couple decides to produce their own grapes following the principles of biodynamics.
One of the most representative autochthonous vines of Campania is Aglianico, beautifully interpreted in this Phos 2017.
Diana and Mario decide to create an Aglianico with a great personality, using the amphora processing capable of giving character to the grapes.
A voluminous and soft red, with an intense tannin texture that does not undergo filtration and keeps all its natural qualities intact.

Diana is an agronomist and has decided for her farm to follow respectful and non-invasive practices in the cultivation of the land; Mario is a passionate connoisseur of wine, not only of its flavours and fragrances, but also of those stories of men and those territorial peculiarities that a good wine can tell. The love between them and for the land has united them; theirs is, even before a company project, a life journey undertaken to share the common passion for wine, here where things happen, between these vines and these fields.
Where there is their cellar, now there is their house and around it other dwellings made of ancient stones and wooden ceilings, with a rustic and soft, essential and welcoming style.
Where the vineyards grow, the land gives many good fruits, harvested and transformed into an experiential cuisine, from the vegetable gardens to the table, passing through the hands of those who love to tell with taste.
Inside this agricultural organism there is a Biolago, pure, bathing, fascinating and alive. From here where things happen, between these vines and these fields, life is measured with pleasure.
