description
Campania is a land rich in autochthonous vines that in recent years have experienced a real rebirth thanks to young wineries and new interpretations.
Among these we find the I Cacciagalli Company, led by Diana Iannaccone and Mario Basco, which produces a series of labels with a great personality and elegance.
The processes are carried out following the principles of biodynamics which is accompanied by the ancient vinification in amphorae, now very popular again especially for those who want to produce wines without the use of additives and expression of the territory.
Lo Zagreo contains all the spirit of Fiano, one of the most famous native Campania vines, vinified and aged in amphora with long macerations. It does not undergo chairification and filtering while keeping all its characteristics intact.
A fresh and engaging white with a disarming drink.
Giallo dorato.
Note floreali, seguite da sentori di mela verde e note agrumate.
Sapido, fresco e corposo, complesso e di lunga persistenza.
Ottimo con tartare di pesce e sushi.

Diana is an agronomist and has decided for her farm to follow respectful and non-invasive practices in the cultivation of the land; Mario is a passionate connoisseur of wine, not only of its flavours and fragrances, but also of those stories of men and those territorial peculiarities that a good wine can tell. The love between them and for the land has united them; theirs is, even before a company project, a life journey undertaken to share the common passion for wine, here where things happen, between these vines and these fields. Where there is their cellar, now there is their house and around it other dwellings made of ancient stones and wooden ceilings, with a rustic and soft, essential and welcoming style. Where the vineyards grow, the land gives many good fruits, harvested and transformed into an experiential cuisine, from the vegetable gardens to the table, passing through the hands of those who love to tell with taste. Inside this agricultural organism there is a Biolago, pure, bathing, fascinating and alive. From here where things happen, between these vines and these fields, life is measured with pleasure.
