2010 is the year in which a very young Etienne Calsac takes over the reins of the family business and begins his adventure in the world of Champagne.
Driven by his desire to amaze, he dedicated himself to heroic agriculture and the experimentation of new limited cuvés.
Within its organic production it maintains very high quality standards, complemented by a personal touch that comes from the comparison with other vigneron of its own philosophy.
The 1er Cru Blanc de Blanc Les Rocheforts Extra Brut is made in only 3549 bottles of 100% Chardonnay organic grapes from the Bisseuil terroir.
Champagne expression of the talent of this young producer, with strong minerality and superb balance.
Giallo dorato luminoso.
Sensazioni fruttate, impreziosite da tocchi di scorza di agrumi e leggere nuances che richiamano il profumo della menta.
Delicato e schietto, con un sorso ampio e armonico, disteso.
Ottimo in abbinamento con funghi e verdure elaborate.

Like the earth, wine is a living product. Plowing the soil and planting cover crops are techniques that allow the terroir to best express itself. The roots of the vines descend deeply into the earth to search for elements that give the grapes their unique character. The parcels are vinified separately in order to highlight the difference between the crus, and to allow them to be blended together harmoniously.
