Ottimo vino da aperitivo o spumante da tutto pasto. Si sposa benissimo con primi piatti di pesce, come risotto alla marinara, o secondo come pesce alla griglia.

Valdobbiadene is a small municipality, with just 10 thousand inhabitants, in the province of Treviso; but it is also, together with Conegliano, the reference point in the world for Prosecco, a wine that thanks to its lively and pleasant immediacy and its easy drinking has invaded markets all over the world. In this panorama and in this common work of 1979 the Canevel winery which, in spite of the name, in fact "Canevel" in Venetian dialect means small winery, the company can count on a group of 60 wine growers, who are constantly followed by winemakers and farm agronomists during all stages of processing in the vineyard. The attention and care placed in the vineyard are also replicated in the cellar, where the grapes, all the phases of winemaking and sparkling wine are constantly monitored in order to give life to a wine that is now a symbol of world enology and that in the case of Canevel has the best qualities in its complexity and finesse.
