An old abandoned land, the hills of Mount Stella that slope gently towards the sea and the splendid plain of Paestum are the elements that combined together give life to the small Casebianche company led by Pasquale Mitrano and Elisabetta Iuorio.
A company where natural wines are produced as in the past, certified organic and with processes limited to the land alone.
Pashkà 2018 is a sparkling red produced from old vineyards by refermentation on the yeast in the bottle.
A wine that brings joy, lively to be enjoyed during picnics in the company of close friends

Located in the north-west of the CIlendo DOP, in Torchiara, we find the estate of the spouses Elisabetta Iurorio and Pasquale Mitrano, who abandoned their profession as architects, in the late nineties began to devote themselves fully to agriculture, bringing back to "new life" "some old abandoned family vineyards.
The company was founded in 2000, when the two former architects started with the first experimental winemaking. In 2006 their paths cross that of the oenologist Fortunato Sebastiano, illustrative of sustainable vitucultura, with which they establish a flourishing and lasting relationship of collaboration.
The philosophy the business philosophy fully adopts the biological and biodynamic management protocols, which in the vineyard are translated with mechanical interventions reduced to a minimum and with the exclusive use of indigenous yeasts and spontaneous fermentation in the cellar. Excellent performance of the Oscar 2015, which returns to be present after the absence of the last edition, due to a difficult year like 2014. Brios and pleasant results on the front of the bubbles, which this year are enriched with a new and "Sparkling" exponent, the Pashkà 2016 elaborated with a blend on a par between Aglianico and Barbera, obtained with refermentation in the bottle, using as liquer de tirage the must flower of the same and put on the market without disgorgement. The Cupersito skips a thousandth, hit by the same fate touched all'Iscadoro 2014.
