The "Grisara" of the Ceraudo company is a clear expression of one of the native vines of the Ionian coast of Calabria. We speak of an ancient vine, the Pecorello, a harmonious, enveloping white, where the scents of aromatic herbs, fragrant fruit and marine flavor stand out.
Wine produced in Strongoli Marina, a few steps from the sea in an almost pristine environment. In fact, among the vineyards, oranges and olive trees the Ceraudo raise their vineyards with the utmost respect for nature according to the principles of organic farming. The vineyards have a very low yield, about 50 quintals per hectare. After the harvest, the grapes are softly pressed and the must is fermented in steel tanks. The wine is aged in steel for a few months before being bottled. This very basic terminal process serves to enhance the fresh notes typical of the grape itself, making it particularly pleasant and interesting.

Spalliera a cordone speronato.

It was 1973 when I decided to buy the estate belonged to the Princes Campitello and Pignatello and later to the Barons Giunti, with the homestead dating back to 1600. In the same year I started the transformation of the land and they were born, next to the olive trees, the first vineyards, from which with time and sacrifices I got my first wine.
Today, the farm Azienda Agricola Ceraudo covers 60 hectares, 38 of which are covered by olive groves, vineyards and 20 from 2 by citrus groves.
