description
The Château Henri Bonnaud is located in the heart of the Palette wine area (AOC), near the village of Le Tholonet. Located in the south-east of Aix-en-Provence. The entire vineyard since 2012, after a conversion that began in 2010, is organic and covers an area of thirty hectares.
The Château range by Henri Bonnaud allows Provence wine lovers to have more accessible and drinkable cuvées. This rosé is striking for its balanced structure, its fine and elegant aromatic profile with rose and mineral aromas. Straw yellow in color, it offers a long finish characterized by orange peel aromas. Recommended for aperitifs, shellfish and grills.
Rosa tenue limpido.
Intenso con sentori di melone e pesca bianca. Aromi floreali, in seconda inspirazione riscontriamo frutti esotici (ananas, mango e litchi).
Fresco, con una buona sensazione pseudo-calorica che dona il giusto equilibrio.

It is first of all a mens story, proud to be farmers, outstanding workers. Stéphane Spitzglous represents the third generation and was born on the estate. Raised by his grandfather, he used to spent whole days with him on the tractor. In 1996, Henri Bonnaud finally accepts to let him take over the Domain. But Stéphane has other ambitions: to make his own wine and to build a «chateau». In 2004, he makes his first vintage. And in memory of his grandfather, who passed away in 2001, he decides to baptize it: Château Henri Bonnaud.
