CELLAR
Name: Chapel Peak
Start-up year: 2000
Cultivated hectares: 15
Address: Blenheim - Malborough (New Zealand)
The Bourgeois family, one of the greatest interpreters of the wines of the Loire with less than 65 hectares of vineyards, has embarked on an adventure in the Marlborough region of transforming a part of the 93 hectares of pasture in the vineyard. Only two varieties, sauvignon blanc and pinot noir for this meeting between French tradition and new world, interpreted in two different ways. The fresh and young fusional while the Chapel Peak, with its pronounced minerality, so extraordinary is the tradition of the "new world".
