description
Passerina is an Abruzzese vine, producing white grapes and which was rediscovered some years ago. We planted one hectare of it in 2011 in Loreto Aprutino and it is from this grape that we get both a fresh still wine and a Brut version.
Giallo paglierino chiaro e brillante.
Spiccata acidità e sentori erbacei.
In bocca è secco e fresco.
Perfetto come vino da aperitivo estivo e con sushi e sashimi.

The story begins in 1800 when the Ciavolich family, coming from Bulgaria and settled in Abruzzo in 1700, decided to start the wine-making business. Chiara Ciavolich has been at the helm of the company for some years and has been able to skilfully blend tradition and innovation, giving the precious production a personal style that speaks of territory and quality. Also this year Pecorino Aries is confirmed at the top of the production, attesting to a step from excellence, followed by a respectable production that places this company among the best in the region.
