Al naso esprime note fragranti di lieviti seguite da profumi floreali di fiori di tiglio e di biancospino, il tutto su un piacevole fondo minerale.
Taste
In bocca è avvolgente, piacevolmente fresco, morbido, dalla struttura che riempie il palato, dall'ottima rispondenza con le sensazioni già percepite al naso ed un finale di mandorle fresche.
Pairings
Ottimo aperitivo, da antipasti di pesce e non, superbo con le olive all'ascolana, accompagna egregiamente l'intero pasto a base di pesce, dall'antipasto all'arrosto.
