Giallo paglierino, nitido e di media intensità, limpidissimo.

Smell
Intenso, lungo, continuo, persistente, floreale, fruttato con una sensazione calda e suadente in un complesso morbido ed elegante con note finali di pietra focaia.

Taste
Molto tipico, lievi sentori minerali che sfumano in note di camomilla, susine mature, noce e mandorla tostata nel finale.

Pairings
Ottimo a tutto pasto, per il dopo cena e da "meditazione". Si esalta nell'abbinamento a formaggi saporiti, sui crostacei non ha rivali ma sa accompagnare con eleganza carni bianche, paté di carne e torte di verdura.
