CELLAR
Name: Clément Perseval
Cultivated hectares: 3
Address: Chamery (France)
The young Clément born to a family of champagne producers in the small town of Chamery, 10 km south of Reims, is considered to be one of the greatest talents in the French wine world. After graduating in 2010, he returned home to manage the winery with his father and uncle. A few years ago, in parallel with his family, he began producing a number of cuvées in his name, highlighting the peculiarities of the terroir in the area around Chamery. Clément, described as pragmatic and reflective, compares his work with that of a musician who never plays the same in the same way even if he follows the same musical notes. With subtle differences from one year to the next, Clément Perseval demonstrates his talent for producing great natural products.
