Smell
Il naso è bello, espressivo su aromi complessi di buccia d'arancia, fragole di legno associati a note di curcuma.
Taste
Il palato è denso con tannini piuttosto strutturati dove troviamo note di composta di frutta scura associate a chiodi di garofano, pepe nero, bacche del Sichuan e vaniglia Bourbon.

The company is located in the commune of Courthézon and has 44 hectares under vine. In 1936 it was a hunting reserve, then converted into a winery. In 1996 it was managed by Sylvie Vacheron and Bruno Gaspard.
