Our Tenuta di Collalbrigo Prosecco DOCG is the product of low-yielding vineyards in the UNESCO Would Heritage site of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, formed by the Dolomites' glacier movements. On average, our vineyards are 25-30 years old and the soil composition of clay and pebbles, on steep West-facing hills. All Tenuta di Collalbrigo's wines can be considered vegan-friendly as we do not use any protein-based products at any stage of the winemaking process.

REFINEMENT | La seconda fermentazione è innescata dall'inoculo di lieviti selezionati e, una volta terminato tale processo, lo spumante viene raffreddato a -2 °C e il microfiltrato. |
WINEMAKING | Dopo la vendemmia, che avviene tipicamente a metà settembre, la prima fermentazione del vino è spontanea e con lieviti indigeni. Il vino viene poi filtrato con un processo di centrifugazione. |
