The Collard-Chardelle house is located in the heart of Champagne, in the Valley of the Marne, 15 km from Epernay and 35km from Reims. The vineyard consists of three grape varieties, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay. For this Champagne Carte Blanche they use an assemblage of reserve wine black grapes of at least 10 years.
Si presenta con un vestito d'un bel giallo leggermente dorato.
Il naso è espressivo con aromi fruttati e con note di frutti giovani.
La bocca è ampia e rotonda, fresca e piena di dolcezza.

In the small village of Villers sous Chatillon, in the Marne Valley, the seat of the small but prestigious fashion house Champagne Collard Chardelle. Daniel and his wife Francoise in the mid-seventies settled at the head of the family vineyard: a little more than 8 hectares cultivated with all three of the three varieties of grapes: pinot meunier mainly, pinot noir and chardonnay. Daniel Collard-Chardelle represents the fourth generation of a large family of "vigneron récoltant".
