The Brandolini family is an example of a reality where everyone works, dreams and smiles every day, born almost by chance when dad Brandino after an experience in a kibbutz west of Haifa, discovers his passion for the land so much that he undertakes it agricultural studies at Texas University.
Since then, generations have followed one another and today the cellar is a point of refreshment especially in the cultivation of Merlot.
In addition to Merlot, this cellar vinifies other vines including Refosco which, in purity, gives life to the homonymous wine.
Thanks to the knowledge of the territory by the Brandolini family, the grapes grown following the certified organic specification, reaches perfect ripeness and is inserted into a production process attentive to quality and respect for the ecosystem.
All this gives life to an intense wine with structure, tannin and primary hints.
