Our Estate is based in Avize, in the heart of the renowned Côte des Blancs. The village is built in tiers on the hillside. On its east-facing slope grow the grapes which make the most prestigious Champagnes. We are a family farm, one of many growers who produce champagne with the grapes from their own vineyards. We take pride in using tradional methods and reject all oeno-technological methods which standardize wines. We also love to share our passion for Champagne through our Champagne courses.
