Pairings
Vino eclettico e versatile dal punto di vista degli abbinamenti, che predilige preparazioni in cui la carica untuosa del piatto si fonde con l'elevata acidità del prodotto, bilanciando la bocca in maniera assolutamente perfetta. A questi si aggiungano i classici fritti, involtini e scaloppine nonché formaggi teneri dal marcato sapore di latte. Imperdibile gustato fresco da solo nei caldi estivi.

| WINEMAKING | Una volta eseguita la pigia-diraspatura delle uve, queste vengono pressate in maniera soffice in riduzione d'ossigeno e poste a macerare a freddo (circa 14 °C) per una notte. La fermentazione alcolica avviene in recipienti d'acciaio, a temperatura controllata, ed il vino sosta a contatto con i suoi lieviti e le sue fecce fini per circa due mesi. |
