Daterra Viticultores Gavela De Vila Blanco 2017

Details of wine

The white wines that are born from this magical region of Galicia, require a great work effort that is not called "heroic agriculture". Biodynamic viticulture is able to produce wines with great personality and Atlantic influence. the biodynamic techniques are used with very old vines that are harvested by hand and followed by spontaneous fermentation in barrels for at least 6 months.
The result is a wine with a deep minerality, hints of green plum and apricot, The palate is fresh, lively and silky. These qualities make it ideal to accompany with grilled vegetables, fish and smoked dishes.
