The philosophy of this company located south of Chablis is to work the lives in a natural way, the production of this Domaine is about 30,000 bottles per year and the first bottle dates back to 1989.
The vineyards are cultivated with Ecocert certified organic agriculture in total respect for the naturalness of the area.
The grapes are matured spontaneously with the use of only natural extracts, copper or sulfur.
Among the wines that deserve a mention we find this De Moor Bourgogne Aligote 2018, made through manual collection and fermentation that takes place inside barriques.
A white with a straw yellow color, fruity aromas and a fresh and savory taste. A wine that stands out for its great drinkability and balance.
Giallo paglierino trasparente.
Il naso esprime aromi fruttati di pera e di mela e sentori minerali.
Al palato si sviluppa con grande slancio fresco e sapido, buon equilibrio e ottima aromaticità. Fine e persistente.
Ideale come aperitivo, si sposa a meraviglia con frutti di mare, lumache con salsa al burro, crostacei e formaggi.

The company is located in the village of Courgis, just south of Chablis, northwest of Burgundy, and is run by Olivier and Alice De Moor. Paladins of a natural and sustainable agriculture that fully respects nature, in 2005 De Moor converted organic vineyards to organic farming, obtaining Ecocert certification. The hectares extend among Chablis, Saint-Bris, Bougogne Aligoté and Chitry appellations and are chopped walnuts, sauvignon blanc and aligoté. From about 7 hectares of total ownership, Domaine processes around 30,000 bottles every year.
