Details of wine
The Tarcazal company began its history in the times of the Habsburg empire, when its products with the Court could never be missing.
We are in Vallagrina, a land that has always had a wine vocation where this winery contains its production using genuine techniques and ancient processing methods.
Trento Doc is made according to the classic method of refermentation in the bottle, the grapes used are those of Chardonnay grown in respect of the ecosystem on which they are born.
The refinement is carried out on the lees for 48 months, after which the residues are eliminated and dosed.
Wine that has its roots in the past and which expresses all the qualities of the Trentino region.

Once the vineyard de Tarczal was in the possession of an old-established family of Trentino, the family of the count Alberti which became known above all by one of her descending archbishop of Trento. In the family de Tarczal the vineyard is for over 100 years. At that time the countess Alberti Gèza married an admiral of the Austro-Hungarian imperial army, named dellAdami de Tarczal, and brought the vineyard with her into marriage. The admiral came from a wine-growing-propelling area, from Tarczal, a Hungarian village close to Tokai. The wines of this region were the most favoured wine of the Russian Tsarina Katharina.
