description
A small mountain reality called Cupramontana is the place where Giulia Fiorentini decides to embark on her wine adventure, not far from Jesi, the cradle of one of the most famous Marche grape varieties, Verdicchio.
All the processing inside the vineyard is based on sustainability and respect for the environment, no chemicals are used to guarantee maximum protection of all the characteristics of the grapes.
The organic specification and the low yield guarantee productions with a great personality and expression of the territory on which they can freely and independently express themselves.
The strong family bond of this winery is manifested by calling the rosé with the name of Giulia's granddaughter, that is Rebecca.
Wine conceived by train, along the ascent to Milan, with the blue tenderness of the Adriatic alongside and with the beautiful news of Rebecca's birth.
Fresh wine with a marked flavor that manifests itself in the long finish. An uncommon rosé that will conquer everyone!
Rosato carico.
Nette note floreali di rosa e glicine, frutti di bosco e fragoline selvatiche, sentori di frutta secca come mandorla e nocciola.
Sapido, fresco, abbastanza caldo e polposo, fortemente floreale e fruttato.
Antipasti di pesce, salumi ed anche una semplice pasta al pomodoro

Born from an embroidery of many meetings, the place Di Giulia, crossroads of many relationships that converge on the slopes of a small rural reality, Cupramontana, mother of the Castles of Jesi, cradle of the harshness and unexpected sweetness of Verdicchio. is a compact body of three hectares, exposed to the East, at a height of 470 m above sea level, the heart of a vineyard enclosed by the silver of the olive trees, a micro-world that explodes with diversity: four grape varieties (Verdicchio, Montepulciano, Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon), and thirteen varieties of olive trees. Many voices collected in a single symphony, giving voice to six wines and three oils. The two faces of Verdicchio are sealed by the knot of two names, and thus are born Il Gentile, Rebecca, Il Grottesco, and Benedetto. From the care of the olives harvested, the three oils, grouped under the banner of the three main varieties, are shamanized: Oro Blu (Leccino), Selvatico Fiore (Mignola), Vertigine Verde (Raggia). Wine and oil are the rebirth of a fruit, the synthesis of a vintage, the sign of many stories, the ever-changing memory of the cross between hearts. And agriculture is storytelling and fairytale, an incessant attempt to give voice to the dance of what lives. And so our soil has known neither fertilization nor deep tillage, only the careful accompaniment to growth, careful selection in the field, and maternity reception in the cellar, where we accept the risks of low sulfitation and the laborious joy of a predominantly artisan work. The oil is also research: to give voice to the freshness of the fruit, we pick the olives following their varietal ripeness, bringing them to the mill promptly (no more than 24 hours). Born from an exuberance of joy, the Di Giulia place. From the tense and strong amazement of a love.
