Talking about Diesel Farm as a company that has converted to biology is perhaps a little reductive, in reality we are faced with the creation of a real biosphere, in which organic and biodynamic merge to give life to the perfect union between the company and surrounding environment.
A perfect combination in which the absence of chemical compounds manages to preserve the naturalness of the territory not only for us but above all for our children.
from this reality could only be born wines to be admired for quality and environmental sustainability.
One of these is Rosso di Rosso obtained from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with destemming-crushing for the former and ginning for the latter.
Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aging in wood for a wine that is produced in only 8000 bottles.
Colre ruby ??red which evolves towards garnet after a few years of aging. Scented bouquet with a final spicy note, with a warm and very pleasant taste. It perfectly accompanies seasoned cheeses, red meats and game.

"I bought the Diesel Farm in the 1994; it was for my father, really, although he is no longer alive to enjoy it. We produce wine on the farm – and olive oil also now. Each vine only produces around two or three brunches of grapes, from which we make 300 bottles of pure genius". (Renzo Rosso)
