Description
The Diesel Farm project was born in 1993, when Renzo Rosso wanted to buy a kind of Feud on the hills east of Marostica.
From that day this splendid adventure began, starting from the desire to preserve the biodiversity of these soils by adopting organic farming techniques without the use of synthetic chemicals.
The goal is to always improve the life cycle of the plants to be included in an eco-sustainable company and in harmony with the surrounding environment.
Each wine produced must be an expression of artisan techniques and must create a unique and unforgettable sensorial experience.
Rosso di Rosso is the perfect combination of two of the most important grape varieties in the world: Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Produced with grapes harvested strictly by hand, fermentation and maceration in steel, aged for 17 months in French oak barriques.
Perhaps the wine that best expresses Renzo Rosso's love for his territory, well balanced between smell and taste.
Rubino cupo brillante con riflessi violacei che in evoluzione virano al granato.
Ampio, profondo, inizia con la frutta e chiude sulla canna di fucile, la carruba e lo speziato.

"I bought the Diesel Farm in the 1994; it was for my father, really, although he is no longer alive to enjoy it. We produce wine on the farm and olive oil also now. Each vine only produces around two or three brunches of grapes, from which we make 300 bottles of pure genius". (Renzo Rosso)
