description
Family wine producers for 6 generations, Angèle & Ludovic share the love of their terroirs and a know-how transmitted by their parents, who give their CHABLIS character, freshness and good liveliness.
The cultivation of Chardonnay is the basis of their work, here the vineyards branch out into soils composed of layers of clay and marine fossils, traces of a past of several million years in which the sea covered the terroir
These territorial characteristics develop unique aromas to be savored in the bottles produced.
In order to preserve all the qualities of the grapes, reasoned cultivation techniques are used which provide for the use of organic fertilizers, the suppression of fertilizers and the limitation of phytosanitary treatments.
Chablis "VAILLONS" represents a fresh and modern expression of Burgundy that amplifies its qualities as it ages.
Giallo paglierino.
