Details of wine
This cuvée is a blend of three plots located in the lieu-dit 'Les Narvaux'. One of them, abandoned due to phylloxera, was entirely cleared and replanted by Vincent's father in the 1970s. Les Narvaux vineyards are always vinified separately from other Meursault village cuvées as the location is excellent.

Smell
Il naso è potente ed equilibrato.

Taste
La bocca ha sottili fiori bianchi, burro fresco e note di frutta secca, con finale di agrumi e una bella struttura.

Pairings
Questo Meursault si abbina molto bene al tipico "jambon persillé" borgognone, al pesce con salsa di crema o alla faraona arrosto.
