Jean Marc de Crozals represents the latest generation at the helm of the Domaine des Homs, located in the heart of the Minervois and born in 1865.
A company that bases its production on the search for the optimal balance between cultivation and environment, using organic farming and limiting as much as possible any human intervention.
Particular attention is paid to the study of the lunar cycles which influences every stage of processing, from harvesting to bottling.
In this context Amandier was born, a light red vinified as a rosé, using only indigenous yeasts and without the addition of sulphites.

CELLAR
Name: Domaine des Homs
Cultivated hectares: 20
Address: Rieux-Minervois (France)
Web Site: www.domainedeshoms.com/english.html
In the heart of the renowned Minervois wine producing terroir, the Domaine des Homs occupies the site of a roman farm where vines and olive trees were cultivated. The name derives from old elm trees which have now disappeared. The 20 hectare domaine has been owned by the de Crozals family for three generations, a well established family of Languedoc wine producers. Jean-Marc and his wife Anne both graduated at the Suze-La Rousse international wine university. They have brought their technical and commercial knowledge and experience to the domaine while maintaining family traditions and have built up, over the years, the reputation of the wines of the Domaine des Homs.
