description
In the heart of the Minervois we find the Domaine des Homs, whose history dates back to 1865 and today it is managed in an excellent way by Jean Marc de Crozals.
A company that has always placed the search for environmental sustainability at the center of its modus operandi without altering the qualities expressed by the territory. Today it has managed to make its way thanks to its organic production that allows the creation of wines with a strong territoriality, in which to find the scent of the Rhone Valley.
Le Viognier is one of the labels produced by this Domaine, a fine and elegant white, with very intense fruity notes and a taste that refers to almonds.
An excellent compromise for a bottle to be tasted in pure relaxation.
Giallo paglierino.
Profumi leggeri floreali e fruttati, in cui si riconoscono pesca, agrumi e frutti esotici.
Si apre con un sorso di medio corpo, snello ed equilibrato, che rende oltremodo piacevole la beva.
Piatti a base di pesce

In the heart of the renowned Minervois wine producing terroir, the Domaine des Homs occupies the site of a roman farm where vines and olive trees were cultivated. The name derives from old elm trees which have now disappeared. The 20 hectare domaine has been owned by the de Crozals family for three generations, a well established family of Languedoc wine producers. Jean-Marc and his wife Anne both graduated at the Suze-La Rousse international wine university. They have brought their technical and commercial knowledge and experience to the domaine while maintaining family traditions and have built up, over the years, the reputation of the wines of the Domaine des Homs.
