description
Rhône Valley is one of those areas that every wine lover appreciates in a particular way, characterized by a Mediterranean climate ideal for growing vineyards and a terroir of the highest quality.
Here the Domaine des Homs founded its cellar back in 1864, starting the production of some of the finest wines in the area. Today it is led by Jean-Marc de Crozals, organic farming ambassador and deeply convinced that, to make wines more and more close to nature, you should start by protecting it and the whole ecosystem.
The harmony between vine and soil is found in this Minervois Clots De Pals Rouge, a fascinating wine for its elegance and softness. A must of this Domaine, with great versatility and easy to drink.

Sentori di frutta rossa e note speziate, con lievi sentori floreali in sottofondo.
Esprime una bella struttura, ricca ed elegante, di mirabile lunghezza e intensità.

In the heart of the renowned Minervois wine producing terroir, the Domaine des Homs occupies the site of a roman farm where vines and olive trees were cultivated. The name derives from old elm trees which have now disappeared. The 20 hectare domaine has been owned by the de Crozals family for three generations, a well established family of Languedoc wine producers. Jean-Marc and his wife Anne both graduated at the Suze-La Rousse international wine university. They have brought their technical and commercial knowledge and experience to the domaine while maintaining family traditions and have built up, over the years, the reputation of the wines of the Domaine des Homs.
