The Gewurztraminer is certainly the undisputed protagonist of Alsace and the Domaine Engel is the most qualified producer. Like all the other labels of the company, it comes from certified organic cultivations, this Reserve with an unmistakable taste. It is a wine with a soft and juicy structure, rich in an amazing aromaticity, floral and spicy. The same characteristics are also found in the full and fresh taste, full of fruity flavors mixed with almond paste, which give the palate wonderful emotions. Given its potential, this white wine expresses the best of itself at the table, accompanying both the raw fish based dishes and the very spicy dishes of ethnic cuisine.
