Jean Gardiés operates in the deepest respect for soil and nature. His goal is to make wine as it once was but also using modern machinery. This Cores du Roussillon shows a pale yellow color.
The nose gives off subtle aromas of apricot, citrus fruits and peaches. On the palate, freshness, lively acidity and citrus and fruity flavors. A beautiful and persistent finish. We could call it a delicate wine that goes well with shellfish, fresh cheeses and does not dislike sushi.
