Description
A traditional bubble obtained with 100% Chardonnay, with a delicate fragrance and a fine and persistent perlage. The Domaine Pignier creates this Cremant du Jura Brut Nature with a strong character and a recognizable style. The notes start from a floral bouquet and then turn towards the traditional yeasts. A wine to be appreciated during an aperitif and with fish dishes.
Giallo paglierino brillante.
Al naso emerge subito la delicatezza e l'eleganza dei fiori bianchi, seguono poi sentori di mela, pera, ananas e agrumi.
Fragrante e intenso, con una grande freschezza e una piacevolissima acidità. Finale lungo.

The French Revolution forced the monks into exile. Their cellar and vineyards were sold to our family as national property in 1794. Todays 37-acre vineyard still covers the slopes of Montaigu in the Côtes du Jura appellation area. In keeping with our estates philosophy, the vineyard is cultivated biodynamically and the wines age in oak barrels in the 700-year-old cellar. We, Marie Florence, Antoine and Jean Etienne Pignier are today perpetuating our family tradition. We aim to develop our estate by producing first-rate wines, and everything we do is governed by this quality principle.
