The sauvignon blanc is a grape variety of Bordeaux origin, who found in the territory of Sancerre its final expression. The Domaine Vacheron processes the grapes of sauvignon wines obtaining dry and essential, but never granted. This Sancerre is aged in steel for at least six months. It is elegant and vibrant, not indifferent.

Fruttato, con profumi agrumati di pompelmo e scorza di limone, sentori erbacei e minerali, e sfumature leggermente speziate di pepe.
In degustazione conferma l'olfattiva, presentandosi di medio corpo e sostenuto da una buona spalla acida. Pulito e puro in persistenza.
Perfetto per essere abbinato con la cucina a base di pesce e con le verdure. Da provare con le tagliatelle agli asparagi.

The Vacheron family, with more than forty hectares of vineyards, is one of the largest producers in the Sancerre region, managing domaine one of the few that can boast an equal penchant for the production of both red wines than white wines.
