description
Franciacorta Satèn 2015 by Enrico Gatti is one of the most appreciated products of all the production of this winery.
Enhancement of the terroir and use of sustainable agriculture allow the creation of wines that are the expression of the territory by transmitting to them all the qualities of this beautiful land.
We are located in the municipality of Erbusco at an altitude between 200 and 280 meters above sea level, with vineyards with an average age of 25 years cultivated without the use of pesticides and herbicides.
Satèn is obtained from 100% Chardonnay following the Classic Method with 50% of the must which ferments in French oak barrels and ages for six months on the fermentation lees and the remaining 50% which is vinified in steel.
A silky wine with great minerality
Giallo paglierino acceso.
Cede aromi di frutta gialla matura, cera d'api, verbena, sali minerali e lime.
Orientato su una struttura gentile, gode di vispa freschezza e appagante persistenza fruttata.
Il Saten di Enrico Gatti si fa apprezzare con gli antipasti ma può essere degustato a tutto pasto.
