The Weingut Falkenstein is located at Rocca del Falco, that dominates Naturno. The company currently has a surface area of 6 hectares, at height of 600-650 meters above sea level. Pratzner Franz, a man of great experience on the vine, believed in this project despite the difficulties of a harsh climate and terrain with hight slopes. The plants are thick, dense, up to 12,000 logs, which is extremely rare in South Tyrol, but the results seem to bear him out: wines of great finesse, with an eye to the Moselle, for its Riesling and Sauvignon for its distinctive minerality and Weissburgunder.
